Meet Sam
Sam is an Auburn, Michigan native with a diverse background, including five years as a funeral assistant before transitioning into wedding coordination. Known for her love of structure and organization, she thrives on keeping everything on track—especially when it comes to your wedding day, the most important day of your life.
Outside of her wedding work, Sam is an Alzheimer's and Dementia advocate and a competitor in the Miss America Organization. Her passion for public speaking also led her to become an ordained minister in Michigan.

We had Sam as our wedding coordinator and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment she got there, to the moment she left, she made sure that everything was running exactly how it should and that our needs were taken care of first. The part that stuck out to me the most was her tending to our kids when needed. I will recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much for making our day stress-free, we appreciate it so much!!

Sam and Ava did an amazing job coordinating our wedding day! We truly could not have done it without them. From the second they arrived, they jumped right in and took charge and did not miss a beat. We hired a Day-Of Wedding Coordinator via CGWP for our large, backyard wedding in August of 2023. I was 6.5 months pregnant at the time of our wedding, and we had Samantha Pickleman as head coordinator and Cassidy as our assistant coordinator. Sam and Cassidy could not have been more professional and amazing at helping us get through the day! They were on top of everything they could possibly help with, from making sure I stayed hydrated and hand feeding me appetizers (when I otherwise would have gone hours without eating anything), to running out to get the bags of ice (we ran out of time to grab ourselves), to communicating efficiently with our other vendors. Our caterer was running late, and they were on the phone ensuring they got where they needed to be. Our pro-bono DJ made several mistakes and had a disagreeable attitude, but the CGWP team handled it with grace (no pun intended, lol) and did everything they could to get things back in line so we could have the wedding day of our dreams. My only regret is I wish I could have cloned Sam and Grace to have double their power! I cannot imagine how hectic the day would have been without them. They were truly indispensable and an incredible value and asset for the cost! They were so good we absolutely had to tip them, because it would have felt criminal not to! If you want your wedding day to go as smoothly as possible and minimize your stress, you must utilize CGWP, and request Sam and Cassidy! 💕
We cannot say enough good things about creative grace! Hiring a day of coordinator was honestly the best money we spent when planning our wedding!! They were so hands on throughout the planning process, and really helped us get things set for our big day. Our coordinator, Sam Pickleman, was the absolute best. She set up our reception, delivered our flowers, and kept the whole day moving without a hitch. We are SO grateful!! I would truly recommend Creative Grace to anyone and everyone who wants their wedding to be smooth and stress free!

Sam was great throughout the whole process. She helped put together our timeline and made sure we had all contact information in one accessible place, which was really helpful in sharing with other vendors. The day of the wedding she was so helpful setting up, making sure everything and everyone was where they needed to be, and overall making sure my husband and I were happy! I was originally debating whether to hire a coordinator and I’m so glad we did. Highly recommend!!

Money well spent! Sam made it so we could enjoy every minute of our day. There’s no way the day would have gone the same without her planning and execution. If you’re debating spending money on a planner, DO IT. And if you’re debating using Creative Grace, DO IT.
