"We hired a Day-Of Wedding Coordinator via CGWP for our large, backyard wedding in August of 2023. I was 6.5 months pregnant at the time of our wedding, and we had Samantha Pickleman as head coordinator and Cassidy as our assistant coordinator. Sam and Cassidy could not have been more professional and amazing at helping us get through the day! They were on top of everything they could possibly help with, from making sure I stayed hydrated and hand feeding me appetizers (when I otherwise would have gone hours without eating anything), to running out to get the bags of ice (we ran out of time to grab ourselves), to communicating efficiently with our other vendors. Our caterer was running late, and they were on the phone ensuring they got where they needed to be. Our pro-bono DJ made several mistakes and had a disagreeable attitude, but the CGWP team handled it with grace (no pun intended, lol) and did everything they could to get things back in line so we could have the wedding day of our dreams. My only regret is I wish I could have cloned Sam and Grace to have double their power! I cannot imagine how hectic the day would have been without them. They were truly indispensable and an incredible value and asset for the cost! They were so good we absolutely had to tip them, because it would have felt criminal not to! If you want your wedding day to go as smoothly as possible and minimize your stress, you must utilize CGWP, and request Sam and Cassidy!"
