"We hired a Day-Of Wedding Coordinator via CGWP for our large, backyard wedding in August of 2023. I was 6.5 months pregnant at the time of our wedding, and we had Samantha Pickleman as head coordinator and Cassidy as our assistant coordinator. Sam and Cassidy could not have been more professional and amazing at helping us get through the day! They were on top of everything they could possibly help with, from making sure I stayed hydrated and hand feeding me appetizers (when I otherwise would have gone hours without eating anything), to running out to get the bags of ice (we ran out of time to grab ourselves), to communicating efficiently with our other vendors. Our caterer was running late, and they were on the phone ensuring they got where they needed to be. Our pro-bono DJ made several mistakes and had a disagreeable attitude, but the CGWP team handled it with grace (no pun intended, lol) and did everything they could to get things back in line so we could have the wedding day of our dreams. My only regret is I wish I could have cloned Sam and Grace to have double their power! I cannot imagine how hectic the day would have been without them. They were truly indispensable and an incredible value and asset for the cost! They were so good we absolutely had to tip them, because it would have felt criminal not to! If you want your wedding day to go as smoothly as possible and minimize your stress, you must utilize CGWP, and request Sam and Cassidy!"

My wedding took place right before the second Covid-19 shut down in October of 2020. I was already going through so much as a soon to be bride and so I was looking for a day of coordinator to help me remember to bring my head with me on the big day. Can’t say I do without a mouth!
McKenna was prepared, asked all the right questions, brought up things I didn’t even think about, kept everybody involved on the same page throughout the day, made sure everything was happening on time, and was flexible with the different demands of the day. She made me, the bride, a priority over everyone but still helped so many others in the wedding party, and overall I could rely on her for everything and anything. She made the whole day such a carefree, happy, and stressless day to remember and I would recommend her to anyone looking to fill the needs of magic worker for a day as big as a wedding day."
McKenna and Kendall are phenomenal. I could not recommend them MORE! With an unexpected downpour at the exact moment of the start of my ceremony - they kept me calm, they moved quickly, they were thorough and kept me aware of what was going on, helped me make important decisions, communicated well with ALL my vendors, and just went above and beyond and I truly believe without them and their help, my day would not have went ever so seamlessly as it did. I had the perfect day, thank you guys!
I hired Creative Grace Wedding Planning about 1-2 months prior to my wedding. We had a very small intimate wedding, & I was sure I could pull it all together on my own. When it came closer to the date it all got a little overwhelming, & I decided I really just needed the help. I worked with Susannah who listened to what I was looking for & pulled everything together for me beautifully! All the vendors she recommended delivered exactly what I asked for & were timely & professional. I would absolutely recommend them to any bride from the very beginning of planning, or if you’re like me & get overwhelmed as the date gets closer. She was absolutely a life saver in pulling everything together!
