BASIC COORDINATION

This package is ideal for couples planning a smaller wedding, working within a budget, or needing minimal assistance on their special day.
  • Wedding day timeline prep- starts 4-5 months before your wedding day
  • Vendor communication + management - we send out final timeline + wedding information. Your coordinator is the main point of contact on your wedding day. 
  • 8 hour day- of coordination- includes 1 coordinator.
  • Day of errands (locally)
  • Full event setup

Standard Coordination

investment: $1,600

This package is ideal for larger celebrations with over 100 guests!

  • Wedding day timeline prep- starts 4-5 months before your wedding day
  • Vendor communication + management - we send out final timeline + wedding information. Your coordinator is the main point of contact on your wedding day. 
  • 10 hour day- of coordination- includes 1 head coordinator, 1 assistant coordinator
  • Day of errands (locally)
  • Full event setup (tear down included in within the hours provided.)

Premium Coordination

 investment: $1.850

This package covers it all! Perfect for those who need a little extra assistance on their wedding day.

  • Wedding day timeline prep- starts 4-5 months before your wedding day
  • Vendor communication + management - we send out final timeline + wedding information. Your coordinator is the main point of contact on your wedding day. 
  • 11 hour day- of coordination- includes 1 head coordinator, 1 assistant coordinator
  • Day of errands (locally)
  • Full event setup + tear down
  • Rehearsal coordination- 1 coordinator attends this.

Timeline Management:
Create a detailed timeline for the wedding day.
Ensure all vendors follow the schedule.
Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with all vendors before and on the wedding day.
Manage vendor arrivals, setups, and any day-of needs.
Ceremony Management:
Coordinate the ceremony processional and recessional.
Cue music, bridal party, and officiant during the ceremony.
Oversee proper placement of décor at the ceremony site.
Reception Oversight:
Manage transitions like grand entrances, speeches, and cake cutting.
Oversee the flow of dinner service and bar schedules.
Ensure special moments (e.g., first dance, bouquet toss) happen as planned.
Bridal Party & Family Assistance:
Keep the bridal party and family informed of start times.
Address any last-minute needs or emergencies.
Deliver breakfast, coffee, and/or lunch to the bridal suite.
Décor Setup:
Lay linens, set up tables, and arrange chairs.
Set out décor, centerpieces, and signage as per the couple’s vision.
Guest Assistance:
Direct guests to ceremony and reception areas.
Provide help with seating charts, programs, or favors.
Problem Solving:
Handle last-minute changes or issues.
Provide emergency kit essentials.
Adapt to unexpected situations (e.g., weather pivots).
Vendor Payments & Gratuity:
Distribute final vendor payments or gratuities, if requested.
Clean-Up & Pack-Up:
Collect personal items, gifts, and leftover décor.
Ensure the venue is cleaned and cleared post-event.
General Coordination:
Be the main point of contact so the couple can enjoy their day.
Keep the day running smoothly from start to finish.
